TrainGrid by Solvesoft is training records and training matrix software for manufacturing plants and other regulated workplaces, built by Solvesoft Corp. in Ontario, Canada. TrainGrid is standard-agnostic: the same matrix keeps ISO 9001, ISO 45001, OSHA, WHMIS, GMP, SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and HACCP training records. TrainGrid by Solvesoft is not affiliated with trainingGrid, the learning management system from Ready Training Online. It replaces the training spreadsheet with a live color-coded training matrix, a compliance dashboard, certificate expiry tracking, automatic due-soon/overdue/expiring reminders, bulk class completion with attached sign-in sheets, role-scoped access (multiple locations on the Enterprise plan), an append-only audit log, employee and course CSV import/export, and a read-only REST API and webhooks, producing audit-ready training records for the competence requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, for OSHA and WHMIS training obligations, and for GMP, SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and HACCP programs. Pricing is flat per plan (not per employee); every plan tracks the whole workforce; Starter and Professional include a set number of staff logins, and Enterprise has unlimited staff logins and multiple locations.
