About TrainGrid

TrainGrid is a training management and compliance tracking platform. It answers the questions a plant actually gets asked: who has done which training, when they did it, when it is due again, and where the signed proof is.

The core of it is a live training matrix — every employee against every course, kept current instead of re-typed — plus compliance dashboards that reconcile with the records behind them, recurring and certificate-expiry tracking, and audit-ready records you can print or export in front of an auditor.

TrainGrid is built and operated by Solvesoft Corp, a software studio. It is a focused product rather than a module bolted onto a larger suite: the whole of it exists to track training and prove compliance.

The numbers have to reconcile.Every figure on a dashboard is clickable, and what you land on is the same set of records the figure was counted from. A compliance percentage that can't be drilled into isn't evidence.

Audit-ready by default. Changes are captured in an append-only audit log as they happen, so preparing for an audit is filtering and printing rather than reconstructing.

Isolation belongs in the database.Each organization's data is separated by PostgreSQL row-level security, enforced beneath the application rather than by application code alone — and re-tested on every change. More on that on our security page.

Built close to the real workflow. The product was shaped against how compliance work is actually done — weekly toolbox talks, certificates that expire, roll sheets signed on paper, and the audit that arrives without much notice.
