Terms of Service

Effective July 10, 2026. Plain-language terms for using TrainGrid.

The service

TrainGrid is a training management and compliance tracking platform provided by Solvesoft Corp (Milton, Ontario, Canada). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you register an organization, on behalf of that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Organization owners and admins control who can access their organization and with what role, and are responsible for the actions taken under accounts they invite.

Trials, plans and billing

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start. Paid plans are billed per staff login, monthly or annually, as described on the pricing page. You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

Your organization owns its data — employee records, training history, certificates and uploads. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export everything as CSV at any time. On termination, you may export your data before deletion; we permanently delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no uploading unlawful content or malware, no reselling the service, no use that infringes others' rights, and no attempting to access another organization's data. You must have the right to upload the personal information you put into the service.

Availability and support

We work hard to keep TrainGridfast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features over time; we won't materially reduce core functionality mid-subscription. Support is provided by email at ahmed@solvesoftcorp.com.

Intellectual property

We own the service, its software and branding. You own your data. You grant us only the rights needed to host and process your data to provide the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvesoft Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. TrainGrid helps you track compliance; responsibility for meeting your regulatory obligations remains with your organization.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (data ownership, liability, governing law) survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes

If we make material changes to these terms we will notify organization administrators by email and update the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
