- Your teams need to use the interface in several languages. AG5’s pricing page lists 30+ languages. Check the specific languages your teams need during evaluation.
- A mobile app is a requirement. AG5 publishes an iOS and Android application. Its frontline app page describes workers adding results and evidence while team leads review and approve them.
- Your implementation depends on an existing HR or learning system. AG5’s integration directory lists live connections for SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Workforce Now and other systems. Check the status and data scope of your specific connection before choosing it.
Where TrainGrid is the better choice
- You want to budget for one plant from a published price. Starter and Professional each cover one location with unlimited employee records. The annual prices are $990 and $2,490 USD respectively; Enterprise is the plan for multiple locations. Staff-login and storage limits differ by plan.
- You want to evaluate the product through self-serve signup. The published trial is 14 days without a credit card. Use it to test a workflow with your own requirements before deciding.

Both vendors publish evidence features. AG5 describes supporting attachments and skill version control and digital signatures and self-assessments in its frontline app. TrainGrid records the completion date, instructor and certificate expiry, and lets you attach a shared attendance sheet to the selected completion records. Practical competency assessments are recorded separately, so your review can distinguish attendance from demonstrated task performance.
